John M Loffredo, Realtor Associate

John is a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore and loves sharing his love and knowledge of the area with clients.

After leaving the shore area briefly to earn a BA in English from Franklin College, Indiana - John backpacked across the country and returned to Monmouth County to start a successful contracting business.

During his 20 year career as a contractor John was often helping people find homes and it was a natural transition to become a Realtor in 1999.

Real estate quickly became his main priority thanks to a keen eye for potential and structure in properties. He loves helping buyers see what could be in potential homes whilst assisting sellers in optimizing their homes for a quick sale. These results have earned him the NJAR’s Circle Of Excellence Award.

When he isn’t working, John is an active member of his local community in Asbury Park and volunteers with various charities including animal rescue organizations. He loves to read, walk on the boardwalk and enjoy all the restaurants the area has to offer. He also has a passion for classic cars and is often seen around town in his ‘67 Buick Skyler convertible.
