Fred Nerbel

A resident of Ocean Grove, Fred lived in Manhattan for 30+ years, worked in the legal field, and ran his own graphic design firm before making his primary residence at the Jersey Shore. While visiting friends in Asbury Park in the early 2000s, Fred immediately felt an affinity for the area and purchased a condo in Bradley Beach, where he lived for over 5 years. Always attracted by the Victorian community of Ocean Grove, he purchased a home there and has made it his primary residence since 2009.
