Marisa Austin

A New Jersey native for over 12 years, my love for the Jersey Shore started with weekend trips down from Essex County. My goal was to have a beach cottage before the age of 40. Soon after that accomplishment, I realized that life was always like a vacation down at the shore. I sold my home in Northern New Jersey to live in Ocean Grove full time. I guide my clients in finding their perfect beach home or getting top dollar for their house.

I have over 20 years in corporate operations, procurement, and commercial real estate in Manhattan. I have always had an ownership mentality with my company’s best interest in mind, being responsible for multimillion-dollar contracts. I will do the same for you.

I am an active member in the Ocean Grove Ladies Auxiliary, Beautification Project, ShuffleBoard, Historical Society, HomeOwner Association Committees such as Volunteering, Historic Preservation, and Parking Committees. I also volunteer for the MS Society and National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, diseases that have affected some of the dearest people in my life. I belong to the Ocean Grove Chamber of Commerce and Bradley Beach Better Business Alliance.

I believe strongly in supporting community and local businesses in my marketing endeavors. A perfect example is my logo created by the Main Avenue Galleria and postcard mailings that included free product by businesses such as Odyssey Coffee, both in Ocean Grove. In my freetime, if I am not at the beach or taking a bike ride with my dachshund Millie, my husband David and I are enjoying ourselves at one of the many fantastic restaurants in the area.
