Maryan Giachetti

Maryan is a lifelong New Jersey resident and has been a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent for over a decade.  She is an accredited Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  Maryan is an experienced negotiator, an effective marketer of listings, and a hands-on agent who works closely with her clients during the entire process of buying or selling their homes.

After 25 years of day-tripping to Ocean Grove with her family, she moved here with her husband and couldn’t be happier!  She appreciates being in a walkable, historic town as well as being so close to the neighboring towns like Asbury Park and Bradley Beach.

Her favorite things to do at the Shore include riding her bike, enjoying the beach, festivals, music, and dining at the local restaurants.  She attends St. Paul’s church in Ocean Grove where she volunteers there as well as Allegria Living Facility.
