Valerie Green

Valerie Green has been married to Jack Green for over 40 years and has been enjoying Ocean Grove and its surrounding communities ever since. They have two children – Jack Green IV and Jenifer Green Grigg, as well as three grandchildren.

In addition to enjoying a family relationship, Val has been in business with Jack since they met – working together on numerous projects. In 1993, Val and Jack bought the Ocean Plaza and renovated it – creating the 18 room Modern Victorian Inn which was her business and their home for many years. This helped Val develop strong customer service skills and attention to detail which she brings to all of her clients in her real estate career. She has been a real estate agent for 9 years. Her favorite part of the business is the satisfaction that comes with helping people find the home of their dreams or getting a great price when they sell. She also loves the hunt about finding the perfect fit for her clients. What sets her apart from other agents is being a great listener, who strives to find what her client wants. Valerie has been awarded the Circle of Excellence in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

A full-time resident of Ocean Grove and an active member of the community – Val loves the shore because there are so many walking communities, scenic biking opportunities, and of course miles of clean coastline. When she’s not working she plays on the Ocean Grove Tennis Team, attends her local church, enjoys the beach, golfs, and loves to cook. Valerie is the Vice President of Ocean Grove Chamber of Commerce, and she sits on the golf committee at the Deal Country Club. Val loves real estate, and she will make sure that her client gets the best experience possible.
